The expenses of the disposal of industrial and municipal waste water are increasing strongly due to more stringent legislation ordering lower discharge limits & higher discharge taxes worldwide which is not exercised in UAE presently. The call for a closed water cycle is becoming louder and more efficient wastewater treatment techniques are being discussed and exercised.
Conventional process, Sequential Batch Reactor(SBR) or Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) have been proven to be having history of meeting the discharge requirements of EPA of most of the authorities where as SBR & recently MBR has been promoted as one of the most favorite & feasible process on application where recycling is being considered. These processes become more applicable on industrial wastewater treatment & recycling because of its peculiar nature of having high BOD /COD loads.
We helped many businesses come up to global environmental safety standards by offering them with waste water treatment solutions that are effective as well as economical.
More recently, we are offering the most advanced and proven waste water treatment like SBR (Sequential Batch Reactor) & MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) that when implemented with a clear understanding of waste water treatment & recycling.
Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)
Sequential Batch Reactor is a fill and draw reactor system that utilizes a single complete mix reactor in which all the steps of activated sludge process occur. The fill-and-draw made of operation utilizes four cycles fill, react, settle and decant. The activated sludge mixed liquor remain in the reactor during all cycles, thereby eliminating the need for a separate secondary clarification as required in conventional system
The process can deliver much better quality of treated effluent as compared to conventional system with reduced foot print.
Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)
MBR is an activated sludge reactor system that utilizes a single complete mix reactor in which all the steps of the activated sludge process take place with a membrane filter system. The treated effluent is continuously filtered through membrane giving TSS of 5mg/liter & turbidity of < INTU
MBR offers several significant advantages over a conventional treatment like higher biomass concentrations and has sludge carry over which result in more compact system. The decrease in sludge carry over in the effluent reduces the need for past treatment except RO for TDS polishing if treated effluent to be recycled for industrial applications.
- Polishing Process including disinfection, filtration, or Reverse Osmosis can be incorporated.
- Sludge handling
