In addition to delivering a completely operating facility, the contractor must deliver that facility for a guaranteed price by a fixed date as per the agreement with the organization and it must perform to the specified level.

BUILD – OWN – OPERATE – TRANSFER is a project model in which a organization conducts a large development project usually with a heavy investment under contract with a partner. In which they build the project, and own it and operate it for a certain time period before transferring the project to the organization.

BUILD – OWN – OPERATE is a project delivery model used for large, complex, heavy funded projects. In a typical BOO project, a company allows a service provider to finance, build, and operate infrastructure over a specified period, and the service provider retains ownership of the infrastructure after an agreed period.

The BUILD – OPERATE – TRANSFER refers to the initial concession by a entity to a service provider to build and operate the project. After a set time frame, typically two or three decades, control over the project is returned to the entity. This is often beneficial for companies who have lesser budgets.

SHORT – TERM – RENTAL is a way for organizations to use our portable and containerized plants for a limited time period, the plant will be placed and installed at the organizations location by the service provider. The organizations will be able to save on high costs of a plant while getting their work done still over a short period of time.

LONG – TERM – RENTAL is a way for organizations who have a longer need for a plant but are currently not in a state to inject funds in a fully functioning system. This option allows such organizations to have a system in place on a rental basis, until they have the funds or they don’t have the requirement for that plant anymore.

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE model is a project that allows the organization to outsource the plant to a company that will take care of the entire operations of a plant and any the machinery that comes under it under the contract. In doing so they allow the service provider to maintain the machinery as well on behalf of the company
